Restoration technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration services at residential and commercial properties.
• Operate specialized equipment to extract water, clean, sanitize, and restore affected areas.
• Complete accurate documentation and reports for all work performed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication throughout each project.

Requirements:

• Previous restoration experience is preferred, but not required — training may be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to work in high-pressure and emergency response situations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
